SHIPPING POLICY

All shuttles are shipped the most economical route while still being insured for the full value of the order.

Shipping prices include professional wrapping and packaging, items bought.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the custom nature of our products, there is no returns on shuttles. Returns or Exchanges can be issued for faulty hardware only. All shuttles are tested before they are shipped in order to ensure that you are receiving a working shuttle.

All shuttles come with a main frame warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase.

All electrical components that we use are readily available on Amazon. They come with a 6mo warranty on replacement due to failure of the switch itself. Side marker lights replacements if needed can be sent by sending an email to driftlessedge1@gmail.com.

We sourced our parts this way for ease of use down the road in case a switch may fail even 5-10 years down the road.
